This is a role for a builder. #### What you'll own - Fund operations & close: fund subscriptions and redemptions, month-end close, NAV review, reconciliation, consolidation, expenses, and accruals. - Client accounts: reconciliation and consolidation of holdings and activity across custodians and providers. - Capital activity: calls, distributions, deal funding, cash and securities movements, settlement, custody, and cash planning. - Client reporting: bespoke performance reporting and statements, built to institutional standards. - Compliance & regulatory: CVM filings, offshore vehicle compliance, KYC/AML onboarding, in coordination with external counsel. - Audit & tax: annual cycles in coordination with fund service providers. - Vendor & counterparty management: administrators, custodians, auditors, tax advisors, and technology providers. - The operating system itself: the tools, workflows, and automations that run all of the above. #### Ideal candidate background & skills - 5+ years in financial operations: at a wealth manager, asset manager, or fund administrator. - Fluency in financial operations: including review of investment transactions, financial statements and coordination with external service providers. Offshore fund experience is a plus. - Bilingual: fluent English; native or fluent Portuguese. - AI-native: fluent with AI coding and automation tools (Claude, Lovable, and similar); able to build, not just use. - Founder-mode operator: proactive, self-directed, a strong communicator.
